Allergy Symptoms

Runny nose, Sneezing, Stuffy Nose.

Runny nose, sneezing, and/or stuffy nose may be caused by a common cold, or it may be a result of your allergies. The main difference between cold symptoms and allergy symptoms is that allergy symptoms will be chronic (long term) and persistent while a cold will soon pass. If you find you can’t fight off these symptoms, you may be suffering from allergy symptoms and need to allergy tested and treated. 

Wheezing, Shortness of Breath, Cough.

Wheezing, shortness of breath, and/or cough can be caused by asthma as well as allergies. Some types of asthma can also be triggered by allergies. Allergy testing and allergy treatment may help lessen the frequency and severity of asthmatic attacks. A consult with an allergy doctor can determine if your asthma is caused by allergies. 

Headache, Fever, Fatigue.

Symptoms of allergies, both food and environmental allergies can cause headaches, fever, and fatigue.  Allergy testing may be needed to determine the cause of the symptoms. 

Rashes, Hives, Skin Disorders.

Hives, rashes, and other skin disorders can be caused by allergies. Sometimes, even acne can be caused by allergies. Allergy testing and treatment may help these symptoms.
